Stainless Steel Braided HoseWe provide "in-house" fabrication of Stainless steel braided hose
up to 12" in diameter. We also offer an assortment of fittings and flanges
in both carbon steel and stainless. Teflon lined hose is also available
up to 1" in diameter with standard pipe fittings, JIC, and tube fittings.
Our lead technician has over 35 years of experience in fabrication and
design. All of our assemblies are tested and tagged per RMA specifications
prior to shipping.
Rubber Hose Assemblies
While some distributors have remained status quo in the rubber hose
assembly arena, Industrial Rubber & Supply Of Augusta has been an innovator
by helping customers manage their industrial hose needs and simply solve
their problems. All chemical , oil transfer, dry material, air, and water hoses
are assembled with crimped on fittings, unless the customer specifies
otherwise. All hose is then tested and tagged per RMA specifications
before shipping.
Gasket Fabrication
With over 125 years of experience in gasket design and fabrication, we we can assist you with any sealing issues you may encounter. We
stock a wide range of gasket materials from many different compounds of
commercial rubber, to chemically inert materials capable of temperatures up
to 1800 deg. F. We also carry a full range of Teflon products including
commercial PTFE and Gore EPTFE. We maintain a wide range of cutting dies
for immediate fabrication of standard flange gaskets. Custom fabricated
gaskets such as heat exchanger gaskets and custom applications can be
produced quickly and many times can be the same day with minimal
up charges to meet your deadlines.
Pre-Fabricated Metal gasketsWe carry a wide range of Flexitallic brand spiral wound gaskets
for most applications. From 1/2" to 30" and in all flange classes.
We stock 304 and 316 stainless metals with a wide variety of fillers
such as graphite, thermiculite, and many others. Ask about our FlexPro
series of metal gaskets for large diameter special application
requirements.

Custom Metal fabrication
We fabricate stainless hose connections, manifolds, and
many other custom items to your specifications. We can
either work from your drawings or, in many cases, we can
create from a simple description of what you need. We will
then provide a quick drawing for your approval prior to building
the assembly.
Rubber and Textile StrippingWe can produce a variety of custom rubber strips or shapes
and, depending on the thickness of the material, we can make
some continuous strips up to 150 feet long. we have a wide variety
of materials in stock and many orders can be shipped within a
24 hour period.
